Moving Your Account To Golden State Bank Is Easy With Our Three Piece Switch Kit

If you’ve decided that it is time to once again get friendly, personal service and enjoy some Big Bank Relief, we make it easy to move your accounts to Golden State Bank.
It just takes three easy steps:

      1. Print the three forms below (just click on the form name).

      2. Complete one set of forms for each account you wish to move.

      3. Bring the forms into your Golden State Bank branch and we’ll do the rest.

      Forms you’ll need:

Authorization To Close My Account (pdf)
Complete a separate form for each checking or savings account that you wish to move to Golden State Bank. We’ll contact your current financial institution to arrange for the transfer of funds.

Authorization To Change My Direct Deposit (pdf)
Complete a separate form for each depositor (e.g., your employer, Social Security) who currently makes direct deposits to your account. Attach a voided check to each form for your new Golden State Bank account. Mail these directly to your depositors or have your Golden State Banker mail them.

Authorization To Change My Automatic Payment (pdf)
Complete a separate form for each company (e.g., gas or electric company or other creditor) to whom you currently make Automatic Payments. Attach a voided check to each form for your new Golden State Bank account. Mail these directly to your creditors or have your Golden State Banker mail them.

If you have any problems printing or completing these forms, just visit a Golden State Bank branch and one of our staff members will assist you. Golden State Bank is the bank where you belong.
